Overview

Engulfed in the humungous Himalayas, a trip to Ladakh is like no other. Extending all the way from the Siachen glacier to the main Great Himalayas in the south, it provides a one of a kind travelling experience. Stunning Gompas (Tibetan Buddhist monasteries), fluttering prayer flags, whitewashed stupas, Ladakh is a riot of intricate murals and red-robed monks. With a culture similar to the Tibetans, the terrain of the land makes it a relatively more distinct place. With our female only travel group, explore this perfect blend of cultural and adventure tourism. Unrivaled destinations like the Indus-Zanskar Sangam, Pangong Tso and Nubra Valley makes a trip to Ladakh worth remembering. These places are so picturesque that they will take your breadth away. The clear blue waters, the ragged terrains and scattered greens makes for some camera worthy sceneries.
The culture of the land is heavily influenced by the neighbouring Tibet. However, despite this, the culture of Ladakh is rich and fascinating. The demography of Ladakh too, has played a strong role in shaping its culture as it exists today. The locals are relatively spiritual whose daily life often revolves around the gompa or monasteries.
